He has been selected for several prestigious programs, including the 2023 National Overseas High-Level Talent Introduction Plan, the 2023 Shanghai "Super Postdoctoral" Incentive Program, and the 2023 SJTU School of Medicine Postdoctoral "Incentive Program." Additionally, he received funding from the 73rd Batch of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Projects. His research primarily focuses on the development of innovative oral nanodrug delivery systems and their applications in intestinal diseases.
Dr. Zhou Fang, a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, earned his Ph.D. in Engineering from Shanghai Ocean University in June 2023 and joined the research group in July 2023 for postdoctoral studies. With long-term research expertise in natural biomaterial-based drug delivery systems, Dr. Fang has published three first-author papers in journals such as Journal of Controlled Release and International Journal of Pharmaceutics, and has filed two Chinese invention patents.
Dr. Jiawei Zhu, a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, has been selected for the 2023 National Postdoctoral Researchers Funding Program (Category C). He obtained his Ph.D. from Nanjing Tech University in June 2023, with research focusing on functionalized biomaterials and tumor immunotherapy. As first author, he has published six papers in internationally renowned journals including Biomaterials, Small, and Acta Biomaterialia.

Dr. Jiayi Wang, Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Resident Physician, Department of Urology, Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Surgery from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in June 2022. He engaged in academic exchange and research within the team since 2021, focusing on the application of nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of urological tumors. He published 5 SCI papers as the first author (including co-first authors).
